What's a plant ? an ultra sensitive biochemical organism capable of responding to a host of external stimuli. Inspires by the experiments of Cleve Backster (inventor of the lie detector) and the late Dr G. L. Lawrence (into plant stimulation and possible communication), Peter Keene and Piet.sO, have developped a biosonic laboratory : 3 biospheres with ficus, equipped by a life support system, sensors and stimulation sources : - video LCD screen, sounds, vibrators, flasches of lights) to communicate with the ficus. The responses are measured by electrodes placed between leaf and stems. The voltages generated are greatly amplified and converted into audio tones.
